1 Year Limited Guarantee

This guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal component failures

  • Electrical malfunctions under normal use

If your product experiences a defect within 1 year:

  1. Contact us at sora.care@outlook.com

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Send clear photos or video of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Or issue a refund (at our discretion)

SORA covers return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.


What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification

  • Issues caused by failure to follow instructions
