Provide your order number
Send clear photos or video of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will:
Repair the product
Replace the product
Or issue a refund (at our discretion)
SORA covers return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
This guarantee does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification
Issues caused by failure to follow instructions
Results related to personal wellness outcomes are not guaranteed, as individual results may vary.
SORA does not offer returns for:
Change of mind
Satisfaction concerns when the product is functioning correctly
Personal preference
